There is nothing to like in this company.

Dislikes

Everything about this company except for the compensation which is quite decent to start with. The work culture is pathetic, management keeps an eye at you at every second, you can't be yourself. Everyone in this companytries to please one guy and one who does gets monetary benefits and whatnot. No training given to new joining on the job role, you are given training about the product and then straight to the job.

Trident Agra is a part of Oberoi group of Hotels and Resorts. Oberoi group is known for its customers service so you feel proud to be a part of it.

Dislikes

...t its hotel industry and you find long working hours almost everywhere in India. Initial growth is very fast and you get handsome salary but after few promotions growth is slow.

Unprofessional company, unethical practices by but providing salary on time, delaying mandatory components of salary, no clear exit policies, no experience certificate, biased approach

Good compensation and on-site travel opportunities. Open to innovative technology.

Dislikes

Poor work life balance, disproportionate work allocation. Serious lack of growth opportunities backed by weak appraisal policies & procedures.

Likes

Trident as a group is big & has good customer reach & manufacturing process, plant etc are huge n systematic. They have employed many rural people in villages around plants.

Dislikes

... under control of one man. Salaries come very late by 10-12th day of next month. They deduct even Fixed salary of the permanent employees minimum 10-20% by giving various reasons. No transparency on variable salaries as well. Favourite people are overpaid, so they don't feel brunt of salary deductions. From outside company looks grand.
