'With high salary they expect you to complete the three persons task by you' - this is their most illogical and anpad wali philosophy. In one line i can say if you are married and have a good experience, like more than 10 yrs or so, only then take a chance, because you can still manage somewhere else with your links. Below this freshers and all do not ever think about the future.

They offer more salary then what is being offered in the market to attract good employees and then the employee gets stuck in there pathetic work culture and starts looking for a better opportunity immediately after joining the company.

They have no work life balance and no proper management. Your salary is also not credited on time.
