Company attract you with good compensation but no job safety.
Dislikes
No job security. Worst management with politics with HR support. Once project is streamlined they make you to leave the job on your own by pointing small things like your login and logouts timings. Main problem with Chennai management.
Top Management worst.Lot of politics.No development projects. Relying completely on support projects.Aggressive firing. Don't spare fresher's too and simply fire them.Hire people on one Technology and force them to work on other Technology.Many more......
