Zero work life balance, Slow growth, internal management behave like we are pet dog's in his company. Everybody think like I am the owner of this company. You can understand it's wrong but,If you are shouting against them , then they will directly give you transfer out of city , even out of state also .

I don't have words to explain about tata. amazing tata. Excellent teammates (mostly). Easy to work with cross functions as most people are approachable and helpful. Fair bit of international travel. Good work-life balance if you exclude travel in Mumbai.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. Managers do not value an individual's unique strengths.
