Salary has to increase. Promotion Front-end employee's Sales Associate timing issue and salary to increase. Yearly hikes are very less. Store HRO promotions are very less. Multitasking is very hard.

Timing is pathetic.my average working our 13hour in Z254. Only one department manager I was there. Store manager is not available all time I have seen in 2 yrs So I have more pressure Posh policy is not good, all time boys are servibe, girls fault not seen by team,boys given resign by forcefully of posh team all time
