...s on an average in a year to get Rs 250/- as appraisal. Now I have 13 process. Salary gets deducted for any unnecessary reason.

Great company to start as a FRESHMAN in the company and great to learn skills and experience but salary is low and don't expect higher salary but a great place to work and vry supportive team and supervisors.......

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t our issues. Salary is terrible and even career growth is slow. I Have never seen such a less salary in any other BPO in Bangalore.
