Work environment and culture is like ok few teammates r supportive but not everyone By asking us for resignation at the time we need employment this is how they support us through COVID-19 lockdown. When they need they hire and if there is no need then they will ask you for resignation

Salary is like ok but no career growth no future in the field.

...ment teams as well. Like the rest of the staff they too were underappreciated. Salary structure was controversial, they provided a raise but it was as a bonus and would not reflect as a raise in basic sal. Work-life balance was zero due to 6-day work week. Laid-off during lockdown, made to resign along with other approx. 25+ employees. So, job security = null.

Overall everything was good and salaries expense and in compensation matters it is awesome and excellent. Its clears its employee every pennies and in the time of need it is very supporting and pays 8n advance also.

For my end every thing was perfect in company except it some regional official employee's

Decent salary package for all the job levels

The company doesn't value good deserving employees. Top Management, Managers and HR can go whatever extend if they dont like an employee. Overall you cant expect a company culture there.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is not available. On the job training is not given to new joinees
