If you do not have an opinion and agree blindly and follow blindly whatever your HOD says, you are good to go. Appraisals and increment depend on your relation with your reporting head. Extended working hours. Working on holidays without compensation. Biases and prejudice based on gender and caste.

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed).
