Everything is wrong in the organization. If you are good at butter polishing and bad mouthing others, you will survive. If you do not have an opinion and agree blindly and follow blindly whatever your HOD says, you are good to go. Appraisals and increment depend on your relation with your reporting head. Extended working hours. Working on holidays without compensation. Biases and prejudice based on gender and caste.

In plant area your higher management was not good Also Manpower shortage Management forcefully Work carried out Field person. If you work good but not appreciated to you. If you are resign the company Management Frustrate you And Not Reliving And Attitude and behaviour change and township facility given but area was remote location and nearby area not any shop so you basic need was satisfied. Transportation connectivity problem. Medical facilities not. Good Some time doctor available some time not available. I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
