Everything. In procurement department, from HOD sujit das to Parag Shah to Nitin Rathod to Sunu Parmeshwaran to Nirav vaghela, everyone are a*sholes who concoct new ideas to screw your life. Only join if you are want to stay at Ahmedabad or need experience.

...erhyped here as most of the energy based core companies don't lay off employees. Also most of the energy based companies also pay on time salary. So Torrent is not doing some great favor to employees because of job security and giving on time salary

Every f#cking thing. I guarantee none of the existing or ex employees have anything good to say about this company. Main culprits are the owners who squeeze every bit of money from employee salary and welfare and then put in their own pocket. Even good employees turn into big time a₹sholes due to toxic work culture of companies like Torrent, Reliance, Punj Lloyd etc. Try your best to not join as you can never grow financially or professionally here. You have to sacrifice your left nut or work like a donkey/as# to get a promotion here from the ruthless and abusive management.

Except Corporate & Few Locations, flexibility in office timings is not given in all locations. Salary Structure should be made more tax saver.

1. Salary at lower level is too low to manage even living. GET salary of any other cgd is higher than their executive. and everyone is looking for change. 2. NO Retaining policy and efforts for employee living the firm, rather than let them ago. 3. No Promotion policy for good performing or on experience.
