... management. Employee first company where you can learn and grow professionally. Best salary and environment for freshers as well. No any strict policies. There is flexible working hours with hybrid work model. You will get overtime allowances for extra working hours. Birthday, Events and festivals celebrations. CEO is very friendly and good human being. Good job security with less pressure during work. Sometimes you have to do your work under pressure to achieve deadlines but not every time. Managers are also very friendly and supportive, allow you to implement your ideas.

Working in Tmotions is good. You get a lot of learning and knowledge. Work - Life balance is maintained with nearly one day wfh per week.

Job security is less. If your manager is supportive you will have projects in your bucket otherwise you won't survive much.
