Very best part of TIS my team..... Lots of learning experience..... innovation of working..... Work life is good... We work happily in collaboration....

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Managers do not value an individuals' unique strengths. There is no on-job training for freshers....

I like Working at Tis labs . But in re location the Mumbai in Client Location, i'm interested in Hyderabad Location are Remote Working.

There is no proper training process. Only 2-5 people work over there ..no teamwork concept..job security is poor ...they talk about appraisal but when they will give you that has no fixed timing... For travel you have to booked everything by yourself. Suddenly they plan and you have to do everything...One think good you will learn lots but no proper guides. Working environment is very poor sales person is assing as technical manager. ..

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
