Likes

Fintech uses updated technologies and regularly update the tools and libraries required which is good.

Dislikes

Ah so many things are there to dislike this company. Salary, appraisals, work life balance, management etc are not so good. Managers are typical minded and have oldage thinking. Top management is not concerned about employees problems and queries. There's no proper road map of work to be carried out in the future. All are maintenance projects.

Flexibility in a working time.

Dislikes

Some seniors those are not themselves good at technical those are spreading negativity because of new joiners getting good package than they have. Because of that they are giving bad feedback to the manager even though you had crack all rounds of interviews which are actually tough.
