Ah so many things are there to dislike this company. Salary, appraisals, work life balance, management etc are not so good. Managers are typical minded and have oldage thinking. Top management is not concerned about employees problems and queries. There's no proper road map of work to be carried out in the future. All are maintenance projects.

The company does not provide clear guidelines for promotion, and there is a lack of transparency in the promotion process. 3. The promotion process is not based on merit and performance and it can be subjective leading to a perception of favoritism and bias.
