People at manager level lack clarity and experience related to their domain/department. most of them internally switched departments so lack basics of their current domain, which hampers the productivity of people below them and reflecting lack of clarity, productivity and vision in the team.

Its service based wing of TIAA US, so culture is not good or not as captive Management is is purely Indian, so it is a good old Indian mentality company US shift work so be ready to spend nights working if you have US conuterparts

Good pay. Great leave policies and employee friendly management. Free home pick up and drop. Timely appraisals which is very important nowadays.

Nothing as such. In few projects there is too much work load.

...BS is a very good organisation to work with in the initial phase of your career. Freshers get a good salary package and the growth is at part with the IT standards. The salary breakup is very good and it ensures that your monthly takeaway looks good. It's great when it comes to work life balance.

Dislikes

If you join TIAA after say a good 5-9 years of experience, the technical growth is minimum to none. There are leaders who may have soft skills but lack severely when it comes to technical expertise. Quality of certifications are not up to the mark.
