Thomson is simply super organisation......It’s great entity to start your career and excellent teams and motivating work environment. I was In a risk team and my team was amazing and we had a real good time as a team...... I love my work place

One disadvantage is about the salary packages.... that can be increased to some extent to motivate the employees and satisfy their needs.

The work policies are good. Employee skill development program is nice as well. Work environment is extremely nice.

Dislikes

Now it's mandate to be in office 2 days every week, which doesn't make much sense. Pay is low, lower than market standards.

1) Good work life balance 2) Good company culture 3) Great managers who promote learning 4) Great number of opportunities

Dislikes

1) The pay scale is comparatively low compared to other PBC 2) Promotions and hikes are not upto industry standard

Before leadership and management changed it was fantastic in all aspects.

...nvironment which is impacting employees state of mind. Promotion is very biased. No salary hike no gifts no outing

The work life balance is good. You don't feel day to day pressure working here. The managers and directors here are chill and just want the job get done. No micro-management+benefits.

...d is the growth. Your personal growth rate will get very low as time progresses. You will find yourself stuck in the same role, same salary, same work for eternity.
