Growth Rate is quite slow and the salary hikes are minimal. Lot of restrictions/internal guidelines for doing business when compared to similar organisations

They are not too speak good, HR department and his management is third class, about company policies please if the company will hire you on third party please don't joined they can't give a securities about job in future

there is a lot politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is also not good and carrier growth is very slow. there is a bond where is mentioned company cant be fired without any issue and this is fake. they will be fired without any clarification and notice as per rule.

Thomas Cook is nice company but not interest on my career growth to improved my promotional and pay salary very well.

Working software module are very accurate and friendly use, salary on time, will work with same age group

Every year during jan to April they are taking registration forcely by saying your work become centerlized so we don’t required this position anymore, specially in account & Finance and administration. Be carful while joining Thomas Cook

They have a healthy working environment and helping people who are ready to help freshers or juniors.

Dislikes

They (Delhi NCR Team) hire (some) freshers on third party pay roll and HR team will never analyse the talent and his work and will never ask take initiative to make him a Confirmed employee even after 2-3 years of his employment. And if they are doing so then the employee always takes initiative and has to fight for it.
