They have a healthy working environment and helping people who are ready to help freshers or juniors.

Dislikes

They (Delhi NCR Team) hire (some) freshers on third party pay roll and HR team will never analyse the talent and his work and will never ask take initiative to make him a Confirmed employee even after 2-3 years of his employment. And if they are doing so then the employee always takes initiative and has to fight for it.

Working atmosphere at branch

Dislikes

No employee friendly HR policies. Main focus is only on business without considering the challenges and market conditions being faced by the sales staff. A manager is loaded with individual sale target and that too more than the team's target, instead of handling the team target.

Thomas Cook is a Brand but it's not possible without giving good salary to existing employees rather than providing to employees coming from another company Working hours How the process works is very complicated

As they are providing very low salary and working on ejb and Hibernate and in front end working on knockout which are very old technology so it's really important to know here that for your career growth we should choose a company with good technology and good salary,I'm here from last 2 month but they haven't provided me a single penny

It's a hell for HR professionals. Incapable leaders. Even after Highest attrition in HR team consistently for last so many years the top management is scared to take any action. Never join the HR team.

Thomas Cook breeds a culture of hypocr*sy and b**tlickingin the system. They will only entertain you if you do the licking. This culture is promoted by the top management and prevails in the system through their apparatus. If you want to work in the HR domain and you are getting a job opportunity from Thomas Cook, better do not except it because the attrition rate is highest in the HR domain and you might be in the job market sooner and explaining about your frequent job changes to your next employer....Read More
