No feedback on the work culture and work pressure. Both are excellent. The compensation and benefits could be better but that is manageable of you're looking for a great culture to work for.

You are the owner of your work if another Team Lead interfere is zero.

Dislikes

Another Team Lead interfere is always, he think he is king all tech employee are his "Gulam". What you do, where you go, why u talk with another teach team member, all make report and mail to that team lead.If you want to take a cup of coffie then also you take permission of this team lead. In short You are Gulam of that team lead and management know about this, but no action take .

Training and learning, Work culture is ok, Colleagues are good, Work from home option.

Hire & Fire policy, No Job security, No recognition and appraisal, Company is 9 years old but still working as a startup company with no HR and only 40 employees & interns, Lot of politics, CEO and MD are not at all concerned about their employees, only trying out to make money with flop business plans, People join here as they are family member or in reference.... Not a good place to work for long term
