Being a core mechanical engineering company it's culture is not less than any IT company. Also, management take keen interest in employee's skill development.

Salary structure is not so good as per market standards.

Two things is good in tbwes- salary on time and job is secure

No personal life for site engineer. Worker 12 + yours, also work on Sunday. Lots of politics. Safety standards is only on book nothing apply at site.

Company Culture somewhat resembles a normal domestic company. Being an Indian MNC, there should be a more standardized working culture, more rigorous training and development programs, more job security for floor workers, etc.

... lifetime. But after 2 years . No project and imejetly decided will close TBWES. And all employee shifted Other company on 30-40% less salary. but after that Total B&H Thermax takeover from TBWES..they lie. to employee. that's why I m telling. no job security in TBWES
