I have overall more then 4 years of working experience, in which I have worked more than 5 organizations. I like many things about The Nudge Foundation which is better here then other organization. 1 . The Nudge Foundation always take care of mental health of their employees 2 .This foundation offers good amount of training and development programs, it helps employee to grow in their carrier. 3 .The Nudge foundation values all employees in hierarchy from top to bottom.

I don't like behavior of TLs putting the more pressure, HR can not understanding what happened in the work place.... she send a mail then totally I loosed my job in the nudge...

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations.
