The company is good and I love to be the part of this MNC COMPANY but internal culture is not good the increment is given on base of partiality and not the hard working person

...te your work they only grab the incentives and we will get increment of 2%-4% I decided to leave this company as I got 4000 rupees increment for annual package of rs 240000

HR is a sloath for making any decision or considering change salary is way lesser than other similar sized companies. Perks are not good, no work from home policy. If asked HR answers as it not in our policy we can't approve WFH

Decision making ability is lacking in leaders. Procurement and IT support is very very bad. If you want make a good carrier in same site, then carrier opportunities are very less.
