None - It was my mistake to join Tesco, I had another offer but I joined this company because it has given me more package. I left the company in a year. I must have left it in the first month of my joining.

I feel joining TESCO was a blessing because TESCO is one of the most employee friendly company and it has made me feel very much comfortable working here.

..., sometimes work pressure is very high,were need to stretch working for 5+ days. Sometimes management team don't value about the suggestion, salary wise I would say not up to the mark when it compared to other industries, yearly hike will be decided by the management team which will be given according to their favourite ppl.

Job security is good. Some teams are fantastic but some teams are terrible about work balance lots of work. Earlier when I joined tesco was good but they are more looking into cost reduction and head count remove

Pay is not good. Out side for the same position will get 50% more. Will get only single digit hike. No free cabs. There is no free food.

Good campus, free tea/coffee, 10% discount at Star Bazaar, ok ok salary package

Internal politics, not following the culture that they talk about, cab timings, no goodies and less benefits compared to other product companies

There is no jov security,hugh number of layoffs happen in every reqvie especially if you are in GRP or EA Most of the management is toxic here Hike/appraisals are very minimal 3 dats work from office
