Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Salary compensation is not satisfactory for 10 years employee also , manager's politics is very much in Tesco, no career growth for experienced employee at Tesco. No bonus. My over all experience with Tesco was 13 years I did not had good career growth or managers giving me opportunity to promote me lot of politics was played. Due to lack of career growth and salary I left Tesco.

...culture and environment surrounded you is awesome. There is a work life balance. Employees benefits are being taken care however from the salary and career point of view,the company is not as per the expectations but the environment and people around you at Tesco is awesome.I still miss this company alot...

What I disliked about Tesco is the minimal salary /appraisal as every time during the appraisal they say that the company is running under loss and minimal appraisal was provided. Also career growth as comparison to other companies is less. There is a politics in the management which direct or indirectly affects you If you are close to your manager and do buttering yes you have a life and a career growth or else there is hardly any chance.

There is no jov security,hugh number of layoffs happen in every reqvie especially if you are in GRP or EA Most of the management is toxic here Hike/appraisals are very minimal 3 dats work from office
