No office drama like forcing people to bring their personal and social life in office. Come to office, work and learn, finish work and go home and enjoy life. Your social and personal life is all intact with you and on your command. If you are looking for office circus and drama then please stay away from Temenos. Great opportunities and guidance to advance career and skillsets.

...ed for faking salary hike for years after joining. The adhoc annual bonus is Rs.40K compared to other companies where the annual variable pay for a middle level position is Rs.1.5 lacs which is just 25% of what other companies pay.

- Short and long term opportunities - No variable pays - Bonus on top of CTC - T24 product based projects and members have better funding and opportunities compared to other projects

...ce when government loosened its grip on lockdown(since org wanted more profit) - Voluntary pay cuts, no salary hike and no additional benefits provided during the pandemic situation - In an ideal scenario there are no WFH, management is awaiting for lockdown to be lifted so that they can bring in employees the very next day. - More of a school than an IT organization, freshers and even experienced resources address managers as SIR and no one bothers to correct them. - Very poor infrastructure, not enough parking space and employees are charges 500pm for 2 wheelers and 3000 pm for wheelers in Chennai offices - No proper cafeteria and no break out areas - NOT a product based company that you might have in mind. - NO transport facilities provided - Indian management is least bothered about its employees and just see them as laborers - Highly NOT recommended to join.

...rmal dress code for technical employees even in 2022 ! No work from Home option. Employees asking for WFH will be liable for Loss of Pay Even if they work. Expected to come on time in morning but should stay upto 4 hours after work timings. Senior - Chauvinistic environment where people with 15/20/25 years in Temenos dominate and harrass freshers and new joiners. Expected to work every weekend. No considerations for employees' personal life and no work life balance. Terrible hike and compensation even after working 24 x 7 x 365 days.

...need to work when u submit deliveries. Only senior management people will grow. Mandatory exams to be cleared each quarter else they will reduce salary from our fixed pay. Even for fuel bills u need to travel only to office to home or vise versa. Few Testing teams are one of the cursed team here comparing to Development. They atleast have good senior management and they will get hike and promotion on time. Karma will pay Temenos growth sooner 🙏
