Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible

The company is culture and environment is good that why a great place to work.but processHDFC PRESALES where I use work that best one which give me complete knowledge of products with marketing and I also like rehiring policy of company

... is wastage of time we use wait because they are deducting 1600 from our salary. But their career growth but people who wish to make career in BPO with less pay can move with this company

There is no work pressure, salary comes on time and Tl and managers also good environment well good.......cafeteria very nice and food is not harmfull for us....... Training period is like honeymoon.......we enjoy alot good freinds hr are also helpfull.....

Nothing to like.

... or handling issues. Payslips not provided even after requesting multiple times. Keeps salary on hold without valid reason and always tends to deduct amount from salary.

It is very bad because it is not given me monthly salary. I spend almost 32 days but they that as per TP policies i am not giving salary because you did not complete certification . All over the state , every company give monthly salary .
