No Job Security, Worst Company, Organization don't care about employees, only if you compromise the monthly salary means okay, but dont expect anything from this company, they need only work, worst clients are tie uped, don't understand your situations, family, personal life, you need to scarify the personal emotions to work this company. One of the worst MNC company, Branded only MNC, but management like act as local shops. Very worst management. Don't waste your time to join, try some other good MNC companies.

Salary is not up to the mark. It is very low. Yearly hike is very less. Rather then salary everything is very good

I can't exactly illustrate but yes if you work in some process you will b hppy just by salary pkg otherwise few gave less salary

...or survival, it is ok. for a support functions, there is no work life balance. very poor compensation n benefits, its already pre decided. IT policies are in complete mess. Finance process works like any government company.

no appreciation, no motivation, no HR system in place. IT policies in complete mess. Accounts process works like any governmeny company. CEOs feel disturbed if asked for any approval.
