Likes

Apart from salary, incentives, promotion hikes, appraisals and employee benefits everything is good. The only reason to leave TP is that PROMOTION HIKE is 10 % and yearly appraisal is 500 rupees max

Hiring is not good. TP hires anyone and everyone. For agent level all you need to do is plead and state you belong from a weak economic section of the society and you will get selected. Management is poor in terms of tasks getting done.

Toxic work culture Worst managers and hr No WLB Employees are humiliated and criticised(especially female employees) 3 months notice period with salary on hold for 3 months and fnf post 45 days

No technical growth, No professional practice manager either belongs from India or overseas are just manager because they spend many years, Here managers even don't know how to write a professional email what else can you except from them. They will use all latest tool like JIRA, Azure etc but for any kind of work they actually kind of fresher while using these tool. Managers and Team Lead even don't know many technical term which is very commonly used in todays development world.

Easy to get hired as HR just wants to shows and not quality. Transport team can go into your personal profiles to update incorrect addresses for cabs and will ask for documents to update the correct address which was initially shared with them

Salary delays Disrespectful behavior Lack of planning Abuses are generally heard on the floor Facilities are not managed and there no upkeep Managers have no regard for personal life of employees and force to work on week offs and leaves. Employees who try and help out are treated as servants and are constantly expected to overwork themselves. ( one example is of an advisor working through typhoid and was asked to work instead of resting)
