Good salary for freshers, i used to work in chat support it was so relaxing at the start, but after few months they added new things which was a bit pressurizing, however it is cool

They terminate the employees without any reason..when u ask for resignation letter,they will ask to pay Rs2000..as they have terminated u during the probation period..fake and worst company.. their motto is hire and fire

At Teleperformance they credit salary on time ie on the last day of the month. The trainers are good.

Salary is less, No proper management, There is no Work- life balance. The TL's are behaving like having they are the owners of the company. No promotion opportunity for the right candidate there is always favorism for the candidate who licks managers shoes only they get promotion. I would not suggest anyone to join this company.

There is no job security. There is a Manager in Teleperformance Kolkata whose name is Atindra Nath Chaterjee. He always want to Terminate employees for Personal Benifits. Teleperformance Management should terminate this kind of Manager.
