I don't know about the company but i believe it will be good but I know about my team and that is the worst team i have ever worked with.. the team leader is so biased that if you butter her then she will allow u uncountable half days, uncountable break and if you finish ur break then she will give you tl break and numerous benifits bit if you fail you butter her or do as she says then she will intentionally haras you like cancel your 2 months before planned leaves, throwing water on your face or intentionally asking every other employees not to talk to you and if they talk to you then she will also do the same to you.

Apart from salary, incentives, promotion hikes, appraisals and employee benefits everything is good. The only reason to leave TP is that PROMOTION HIKE is 10 % and yearly appraisal is 500 rupees max

Dislikes

Hiring is not good. TP hires anyone and everyone. For agent level all you need to do is plead and state you belong from a weak economic section of the society and you will get selected. Management is poor in terms of tasks getting done.

Dislikes

The management is terrible, the deserving candidates do not get the IJP promotion, work culture is terrible, often the seniors and the Supervisors indulge in discussion of inappropriate topics with the female agents, no work life balance, often employees are forced to work over time without any over time allowance.

The salary is on time.

Dislikes

They are very unprofessional, due to THEIR requirements they will just shift u to any Lob without any prior notice and training. They simply do not care about their employees health. Even if u are not well you have to go to ofc. They just do not care about your health. Such worst company it is. Also they do not have enough lockers, u need to keep your bag in open condition. 15 days ago my ph and purse got stolen due to this. Not only mine but also there are many employees whose phone, wallet got stolen. The management doesn't bother about this, they did not even bothered to check the CCTV footage. They said "YOU SHOULD TAKE CARE OF YOUR OWN BELONGING EVEN IF IT GETS STOLEN TP IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS" like such a spineless, worst management they have. You will not find a positive good thing about this company but hell lot of negative things. In short i would say do not join teleperformance
