Apart from salary, incentives, promotion hikes, appraisals and employee benefits everything is good. The only reason to leave TP is that PROMOTION HIKE is 10 % and yearly appraisal is 500 rupees max

Dislikes

Hiring is not good. TP hires anyone and everyone. For agent level all you need to do is plead and state you belong from a weak economic section of the society and you will get selected. Management is poor in terms of tasks getting done.

...peace - Your restroom breaks will be counted & questioned (both male & female) Salary is very very very very low compared to the market. Very terrible & pathetic experience in my career Journey.... If you are reading this, please don't consider to join Teleperformance at any cost.

...ement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hije and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There ks a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

It's a pleasure working with Teleperformance DIBS. Specially in covid 19 lock down we work from home and have our jobs safe as well. Even in our process we hired 1000 executives who's company got shut down and they are job less. Which is really a proud feeling that we are part of such company who helped people in employment where so many people are not getting salaries and new job. Thanks a lot to team Teleperformance DIBS. When it comes to employees this is not at all a employee centric company. Laid off its employee in the very 1st month of covid situation where in they could have said we wont pay for few months but secure the jobs. They could have also given 50% and could have helped the employees for few months, but no they left everyone stranded.

Not at all employee centric. After giving your 100% at work all you get is a resignation letter in tough times. When the company faced tough times employees waited back came on weekend and helped but when it was the employees turn they turned their back.
