...tes are supportive and the management is transparent. There is huge cafeteria Company policies ate good, they give good salary hike and bounds every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue Salary is decent but career growth is slow There is a bond of 3 year before which you cannot resign.

The main purpose of working with Majorel is on different and exciting projects. I worked with two different projects and I learnt a alot

The salary part which is not acceptable at all. What I believe that in those two years I contribute a lot and gave my best but I was expecting a better hike on my salary which is not happened and working with same salary for two years is not chance of survive

...job security every time I have been asked to leave due some or the other reason. Salary hike is not worth. Promotion is already decided internally and then only ijp is released. Poor management. I was hired for permanent WFH and now I have been asked to resign because I can't relocate due to BTO.

Don't go guys who are willing to join. TP makes you why we are living.

There is no work life balance, there is no proper salary , they are doing us with extra hours other than our shift timings , no proper timings , no proper week offs , full politics in office. No shift allowances, No two way Cab , they are doing just business with employee health. If we are doing night shifts ,if we ask for one day leave they were asking like where is documented proof. Don't waste your career

I love the fact that the job security here is amazing and prefers their employees to stay within the TP family. Depending on your process and manager the experience can be worse to excellent . on average i can say that the work culture is 2.5/5.

The fact that the promotions here are do not match the package they offer. other than that everything is fine.
