Dislikes

There are multiple. To start with salary is the lowest as per industry standards and increment is in single digits even if your kra is 5 star. The management will expect you to learn and deliver in very short time otherwise you are in trouble of getting substituted. Ad hoc activities are so much that you will be forced to take work back home to meet the deadlines. HR is the worst and salaries get deducted without any proper explanations.

No proper system, there should be a structure to support your employees. We have no benefits even in this COVID-19 situation and Salary we are getting it after 1st in COVID-19 situation. Need to change this at least try to give some company benefits.

Nothing is worth appreciating. Only the salary is better than other companies but then one would not want to continue for long owing to the stressful work style with no culture and ethics

The worst company to work with . Not at all employee centric. Treats employees as scapegoats for running business processes . Everything is governed by the client . Employees are treated as bonded labours. Expects you to work 24*7 on weekends as well. Minimum of 12 hrs everyday. Will never recommend to anyone

Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible
