Very average atmosphere, nothing much mentionable except salary that too get credited between 2nd-5th of next month!!

...roll policies. HR doesn't seem like aware or keen to know how to follow process. No integrated policies and full of ambiguous discrimination! New employee will suffer to get the basic staff like PF account no, bank details updation for salary etc. PF is not regularly updated in EPF office or have incorrect data thus suffering for employees if you need EPF advance! Horrible experience for mid senior level employees who already have worked with big process oriented MNCs, won't be able to sustain.

No technical growth, No professional practice manager either belongs from India or overseas are just manager because they spend many years, Here managers even don't know how to write a professional email what else can you except from them. They will use all latest tool like JIRA, Azure etc but for any kind of work they actually kind of fresher while using these tool. Managers and Team Lead even don't know many technical term which is very commonly used in todays development world.

Nothing special about working in Teleperfomance. It's a normal company like others with high end Job security risk.

Dislikes

I am on bench atm. When asked why? They gave me a reason that Client isn't ready to pay and we have extra man power in the process. Though it was a tough decision to make so we marked down several people from the list of performers. Where as I had not even taken one extra leave, No Supl, No Behaviour issues, No escalation, no tickets. They didn't gave us another chance or warning without putting us on bench or in notice period. Where as they said either you work with us in another process or you can leave the organisation. What if i don't want to work in another process and this is because i have chose this with a reason and my will before joining this organisation. I along with other are so confused and disappointed with this action taken by the management of a so we'll known Company Teleperfomance India Pvt Ltd.
