No worst working for . No one appreciate your work . Specially if you are part of IT team . My laptop has a SSD issue I had told my company n number of time but no one listen and it's been 1.5 year I have been telling about same to.multiple leadership. But uhhh . High leadership is just worst . No good changes . I missed time when vikas was our director . New leadership joins . Make useless changes remove alll our benefits . Decreased increament scale . Company show no appreciation for employee. You will never getting any bonus, no diwali or holi or new year gifts. Nothing . I hate that new management don't apreate there IT.

You can expect your salary before the date. Supportive trainers and all other seniors.

Switching between shifts without any prior notice or notification and change in Lobs was very irritating and unbearable.

I love the fact that the job security here is amazing and prefers their employees to stay within the TP family. Depending on your process and manager the experience can be worse to excellent . on average i can say that the work culture is 2.5/5.

The fact that the promotions here are do not match the package they offer. other than that everything is fine.

... maild id of Full and Final settlement. The worst company ever I have ever seen. And also, they "DO NOT GIVE THE EXACT SALARY THAT IS MENTIONED IN THE OFFER LETTER." I suggest do not join this company or else you guys will loose money, time and as well as your mental health.

...e, abusive environment, bully old vintage people, hopeless amd low esteem peers. Committed bonus is not paid, unrealistic expectations. Hire people with fake and unprofessional promises. Withdrawn cabs once someone joins in
