Nothing a such.
Dislikes
No work life balance in recruitment team. They give 3%hike on salary each year. No promotion, No learning. They ask to work on Sundays without comp off. On paper it's 5 days working, but the recruitment team is working for 6 days, sometimes on Sundays as well.
Easy to get hired as HR just wants to shows and not quality.
Transport team can go into your personal profiles to update incorrect addresses for cabs and will ask for documents to update the correct address which was initially shared with them

Disrespectful behavior
Lack of planning
Abuses are generally heard on the floor
Facilities are not managed and there no upkeep
Managers have no regard for personal life of employees and force to work on week offs and leaves.
Employees who try and help out are treated as servants and are constantly expected to overwork themselves. ( one example is of an advisor working through typhoid and was asked to work instead of resting)

...hey will give 1 month notice and person can b back to 0 searching for a new job. Team leads have no answer for any question asked and they even deduct medical insurance n Professional tax from inhand salary instead of deducting it from gross their policy is to deduct from inhand.. pathetic experience
They provide the salary on time and incentives are good

They remove candidate once they complete the 8 months after 8 months they will tell that the process will get change be at home they will give salary for 1 months after that they will give letter.
