On time salary-Only you will get salary on time and that also you have 2 days time to check whether your attendance have been marked properly or not. Working Hours- 9am-9pm. No work pressure. Other Team leaders are very good except Zeeshan and also they themselves do not have the process knowledge.

I'm compelled to share my genuine experience with Teleperformance (Banglore) and their client, Flipkart. My time there was by profound disappointment and disssatisfaction. The HR Akshitha and The Assistant Manager, Yashashvi, proved to be ineffective in addressing critical issues. Teleperformance Bnaglore's handling of concerns regarding Flipkart's practices was subpar. Despite being directly involved with Flipkart's social media senior escalation team , I observed a glaring lack of accountantibilty and transparency. The abrupt lay offs of 45 permanent employees after Big Billion Days, juxtaposed with the retention of underperforming contractual hires, showcased a blatant disregard for employees loyalty and dedication. Moreover, instances where employees were coerced into working against their will, as evidenced by the case of my collegues who was pressured by Hr to continue working despite expressing a desire to leave, underscored and unsupportive and un ethical work environment. In summary, my experience with Teleperformance Banglore and Flipkart left much to be desired. The lack of transparency and ethical conduct was deeply disappointing. I hope both organization take heed of these concerns and strive to create a more supportive and equitable work environmanet for their employees. I will never ever recommnend you to join Bangalore TP, If you want to join TP then join Jaipur branch.

Worst company it has no hierarchy. There is no one to reach out in case of any issues related to salary. They don’t despond to emails niether pickup the call. And the worst part is the appraisal. They give 4% of appraisal with meet expectations rating to and exceeding expectations rater. No scene of IJP. They will give IJP Opportunity only when there are lot of openings and they want to hire internally to save the cost of hiring new employee.

There is nothing good to say about this company. Bad managers, bad team leaders, stupid rules. No matter what problem you have, any urgency, any trouble you face, these people will not let you take leave. If your house catches fire and you have to go home then the team leaders and managers of the company will ask you to go after a half day. Because whatever was supposed to happen has already happened, what is the point of going on now? So these types of team leaders and managers you will get there. You will have to take permission before going to the washroom, before going for the lunch break just like a school. You will feel that your school days are back. At the end of the day they scold you for not completing your targets and there is no etiquettes, manners nothing. Team leaders will talk to you as if you have asked for a share in their property. The managers will treat you like a servant. Everything depends on the politics of the company. You have to be involved in each and every gossip that is going on in the office (wheather it is good or bad); only then you will get promoted; otherwise, you are just a servant for them and nothing else.
