Team leads have no answer for any question asked and they even deduct medical insurance n Professional tax from inhand salary instead of deducting it from gross their policy is to deduct from inhand.. pathetic experience

They provide the salary on time and incentives are good

They remove candidate once they complete the 8 months after 8 months they will tell that the process will get change be at home they will give salary for 1 months after that they will give letter.

...paid you more and one day the will say you are separated because of this policy and take your whole month salary.

There is nothing to like about this company. Don't go for salary in this company they will terminate you whenever they want.

There is no work life balance, there is no proper salary , they are doing us with extra hours other than our shift timings , no proper timings , no proper week offs , full politics in office. No shift allowances, No two way Cab , they are doing just business with employee health. If we are doing night shifts ,if we ask for one day leave they were asking like where is documented proof. Don't waste your career
