...ion regarding leave requests, requiring detailed explanation for urgent matters. Accidentally, the salary is below expectations and despite raising complaints about pay discrepancies, there has been no action taken to address my concern.

One of the tucchi company in this world.. i was left company because i was ill. I was not able to work and what they did , they hold my salary and not give yet, not even in this corona pandemic. it's been 7 month complete, when I was asked for my experience later, this tucchi company ask me to pay 12k ruppes, apart from this, there are to much pressure of work and also they cut whole employees incentive just because of a little mistake in which they also liable... This company also did not provide any company leave certificate because of this I'm also getting trouble to join a new organization, I'm getting lot of trouble

...t that time. I was facing some cinnectivity issues while doing work from home. I was new on the floor and i was not having proper info about salary and attendence etc. MY TL marked me absent around 3 times and one was that on my birthday she marked me absent as i was present and i made around 3 sales that day. And My group and my Tl also celebrated my birthday on that very date. As i told that i was facing some connectivity issues with my desktop, No one assists me at that time. My TL(Anchal) was telling me that you have to resolve your issue by yourself. I haven't done any course in Computer but My TL( Anchal) was always hurting me by saying these things to me That was really a bad experiance for me in working with Teleperformance. There was not a single positive response by management. Then i went for my home town, One day i got a call from My TL she was saying me that when are you coming to delhi. You can work from office and when i reached delhi they told me you have to come office by your self, Company will not provide you any cab service. I was staying 40kms away from Teleperformance. ANCHAL told me to come by cab and the fare was around 1000Rs per day. Litteraly she was playing politics with me. I was calling her texting her, but as usual no reply. Then one day i got a call from my HR she told me that the process is going to be ramdown and we will provide you a good opportunity in the another process. Without doing anything in delhi for almost 2 months, i was taking money from my parents, by thats where i used to spend my expenses. Then Anchal called me and told me Do FNF (full and Final) and we will pay you salary of two months. But nothing came into my hands. 27th of Nov, i did my FNF till nov i am waiting for my salary and all. I request authorities kindly look over this. Thankyou Musaib Ahmad 519442
