As compare to other companies teleaccess doesn't give the employee benefit e.g. for a salary one should have to mail then you will get it there is no sick leave incase of any emergency salary increasing percentage is too low for seniors..

I think best part is team member and quality as welll as team leader all are good great place to start the career

I think the salary need to be directly in bank accounts and there has be breiefing about the leave

Tele access is the perfect place to start a new job . it is very good place for freshers who want to start their corporate job because they will get to learn a lot and it is also good for experienced candidate.. and office environment and team leaders, Managers all staffs are also very good ..

Salary date should be between first week of every month🥲

The senior staffs are very friendly, the company doesn't make pressure on the first three months for targets and the best thing is that, the company does not fire any person for trivial reasons.

Dislikes

I saw lot of persons they are working in the company from Ten to Eleven years, but their salary is still 20k, and the company is giving promotion through IJP, but unofficially because not giving experience letter as per designation (Example - I'm working as a Team Leader but the clients doesn't know about me, and I'm still Agent [on paper])

The superior are owsome on professional area, along with this they also understand employee need and the supportive to the pain area of employee, and yes Tele-Access of learning many operational and many more areas with also.

No PF, No Carrier Growth after serving for while , less salary appraisal
