Promotion are long delayed,most of the managers are from central tool room,not even a diploma holder or a btech or mtech,neither have a MBA degree.managers have very basic technical knowledge and poor management techniques, no recognition of educational qualification,samali plant bas ram bharose chal raha hai, they use less technical knowledge and most of the critical problems are done by trial error method,even quality manager dosent know how solve the problem.

Salary on time I fortunately get very good manager Work culture is nice Supportive among colleagues

Perks and benefits based on company performance need to distribute among all employees of the company but the same only available to managers

Salary is on time. Plus added benefits like insurance and medi-claims. Leave periods are also good. Good for freshers or upper management.

Dislikes

Promotion/appraisal /increment /incentives are terrible. Biased and favouritism promotion. Not good for lateral entry unless higher management level. Too much politics.

Worst appraisal process. No benefits in case of an emergency. No proper training is given at the time of joining. No proper job description is given. No respect for experienced candidates who are hired from outside the company.

The Likeable things in this Company/Industry is Learning Rubber Technology and Mining Equipments which is based of this Company.

Dislikes

Rubbish Management system and Rubbish Increment system which I hate the most, When it comes to the salary which is why we are want to work so they still Giving 8.5k per Month starting salary Now days not only with workers but also with The stuff I Mean The freshers and yeah They Hiring them under the 3rd Party Payroll System.. And Many more things Which I hate of This Company, I Hope It Will Reach To Everyone
