Salary is on time. Plus added benefits like insurance and medi-claims. Leave periods are also good. Good for freshers or upper management.

Dislikes

Promotion/appraisal /increment /incentives are terrible. Biased and favouritism promotion. Not good for lateral entry unless higher management level. Too much politics.

Benefits I got : 1. No boundaries for skill development and learning. 2. Enough opportunity for work and technical learning. 3. Job security 4. Easy interaction with Management.

1. Average salary. 2. No compensation/ bonus ( included in salary structure) 3. Employees engagement is poor. 4. HR department have consistent communication gap with employees.

This company is full of diploma peoples. Not for Engineers.If you are not from Kolkata then It is not for you.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics even at the junior level. Compensation is decent,but growth is very slow.The work pressure is high.Sometimes, I have to work 12-13 hr.

Promotion are long delayed,most of the managers are from central tool room,not even a diploma holder or a btech or mtech,neither have a MBA degree.managers have very basic technical knowledge and poor management techniques, no recognition of educational qualification,samali plant bas ram bharose chal raha hai, they use less technical knowledge and most of the critical problems are done by trial error method,even quality manager dosent know how solve the problem.
