Company culture is good, company policies are in favour with employees. Flexible working hours, Manager's and teammates are very supportive . Good place to enhance your skills. Onsite opportunities like in UK ,USA. Highly recommended if you really want to go abroad.

Cafeteria, canteen facilities could have been more better. Career growth is slow. Salary hike is average. There should be more technical exposure for engineers.

...anagement & HR attitude is terrible. Policy is not clear. No value to employees. If you get other offer even at less salary I suggest to join other company instead. 0% work life balance. Internal politics is more as company gives high importance to the employees who don't even deserve to be there.
