Only thing which I like is flexible timing.

...anagement & HR attitude is terrible. Policy is not clear. No value to employees. If you get other offer even at less salary I suggest to join other company instead. 0% work life balance. Internal politics is more as company gives high importance to the employees who don't even deserve to be there.

This is the best first job you could ask for. Clam and good environment, no politics, everyone works as a team. Saturdays and sundays are off And you do get a comp of which you can use any day if you worked a certain Saturday

Dislikes

There are a few dislikes 1. Expect average or bellow average salary 2. They update the workspace quite often so your place continuously changes which could be a good thing for some people. 3. There are sports events and the canteen food is good and they do offer variety of different dishes and follow hindu rules. Like for instance non veg on Wednesday’s and Friday’s

Salary of new comers are much higher than experienced. No LnD. Hence no career growth. Better to leave the company at the right time as soon as a better opportunity prevails for a consistent career growth

Current manager and TL is understanding. Cultural festivals are celebrated. Working environment is neutral.

Dislikes

... leaves are not given at once. Only 1.67 days per month is credited every month. Extremely Low salary as compared to market standards. Work from home is possible still they don’t allow. No travel expenses given. No leaves given for elections or any day where the government has instructed to give paid leave. Rest all companies give paid leaves. Some politics within different teams. HR manager sometimes micromanages.

...u will be able to interact with clients from US, Uk while working on projects. Good increment year on year with 2 salary cycles. You may get chance to work offshore which totally depends on your luck.

Dislikes

...f experience dont expect much increment. Repetitive and similar pattern work. Salaries offered based on previous salary not based on market standards, doesn't matter what kind of experience you are having, which is not good practice for such company.
