They care for employees. They had given a 100% bonus to all eligible employees twice in the pandemic. Once in 2020 and again in 2021. Also, regular hikes were given to all eligible employees even in the middle of the pandemic in 2020 when most other companies were firing. They also listen to employees, provide feedback for better alignment and lesser surprises. The new process transformation led to predictability and a lot better organization of work with better estimations, deduction of time needed for all sprint ceremonies, and taking only rest of available hours into account when taking workload. This is making developer life so easy and predictable. The technology stack is top-notch too.

1. Process oriented. Follows Scrum guidelines. 2. Good learning for freshers upto 8 years experience guys. 3. Hybrid work for the existing employees based on their bands. 4. Transparent work culture. 5. Anyone can connect to anyone for feedbacks. 6. No cuts on variable pays. 7. Leadership team are very supportive.

...e benefits like, paternal or maternity leaves, promotions for certifications. 5. People with 8 years or more experience won't get much benefits in terms of learning, salary, flexibility. 6. Company expects to be available over the phone 24 hours.

...no real perks or benefits provided to employees. Basic amenities are missing. 6. Minimal Salary Hikes: Annual salary increments are negligible and do not match industry standards. 7. Insufficient Leave Policy: Earned leave is minimal and insufficient for any personal or family needs. 8. Food Issues: Food arrangements are poor, and the provided options are substandard. 9. Terrible Entry and Exit Policy: The onboarding and offboarding processes are chaotic and unprofessional. 10. Incompetent Management: Managers lack technical knowledge and fail to provide proper guidance or support. 11. Outdated Technology Stack: The tech stack used in the company is obsolete, leaving employees with no scope for skill development. 12. Unhelpful HR Team: The HR department is unresponsive and fails to address employee grievances or provide assistance when needed. Overall: This company is far from employee-friendly and offers nothing in terms of career growth, work satisfaction, or work-life balance.
