1. Organisational level structure like designation is not there. 2. Took more efforts and time than usual to get promoted. 3. Ratings and appraisals process is too slow and biased . Only Developer gets good hikes 4. No employee benefits like, paternal or maternity leaves, promotions for certifications. 5. The best thing about TechMojo is company they help the employee in Skill development and learning new technologies, company doesn't have firing policies, where all the other companies were firing their staff Techmojo protected the employees post Covid firing, Job security is good.
