No promotions, salary hike, no bonuses. Rewards recognitions system is poor Team engagement activities are nil cause company doesn't want to spend on such things. Everything is transactional.

Flexibility and various self development opportunities to upskill ourselves along with various lateral and upward growth opportunities.

...is a great organization to work with when it comes to stability and flexibility. However, just like every organization, it does has various areas of improvement such as monetary benefits and variable pay structures.

Tech Mahindra is a very good company to work with. They provide ample learning opportunities and avenues. Teams are also very flexible in working style. You will enjoy freedom of expressing your ideas and implementation. Leaves and attendance is also flexible. Overall work environment is no match to other companies. You will love to be part of TechM.

Dislikes

Salary and Perks are on lower side. Compensation is not satisfactory.

Doesn't value to tenure employee. Company is ready to hire people on higher package but can't offer the same to those who are tenure and working on same position. Appraisals are equal to April Fool only. Sorry to say this but fact

Appraisals are biggest issue while you work here… an employee working in this organisation will be unsure whether he will be getting an annual appraisal.
