I'm just wondering if I choose Money over health and night shift or just take the new job and get out of the organisation for after one year. Salary comes on time & brand value

Dislikes

No promotions, salary hike, no bonuses. Rewards recognitions system is poor Team engagement activities are nil cause company doesn't want to spend on such things. Everything is transactional.

Tech Mahindra is a very good company to work with. They provide ample learning opportunities and avenues. Teams are also very flexible in working style. You will enjoy freedom of expressing your ideas and implementation. Leaves and attendance is also flexible. Overall work environment is no match to other companies.
