There is nothing in TechMahindra for one can choose some likes ,(however you will few learning opportunities but they are really few )

Dislikes

Full of dislike , no good projects , meager compensation and salary hikes happen once in 18 months and that too meager ,they consider employees as beggars and given them penny in all areas . MANAGEMENT IS WORTH LESS ,POLICIES ARE NEVER REVIEWED and have been the same since ages (only changes happens in words and revisions are versioned without any real improvement from previous) , no growth, no challenging role to offer

There is nothing as negative rating option to give. If you are smart don’t join with TechM but no other options then join to quit sooner to move on. Many are using TechM offer letters to negotiate with better companies. That is the best usage of TechM offers

Dislikes

There is nothing to like then what to say dislike. Worst politics No good work until unless you work in client deployments projects Freshers career will spoil if they continue No hike and promotion

Everything depends on your team,your manager,your management with whom you got a chance to work. If they are good,your life is good and if people around you are bad then your life is miserable.

Dislikes

1) No yearly salary hike or less hike ( every year they are having some excuses) 2) Manager and management doing politics and give chance to their candidates than good candidates. 3) some managers uses bench resources without billing or ever blackmail to get their job done. 4) less salary than other companies. Once u join less or no hike for many years. 5) if you try to object anything wrong in your manager then whole management will give you bad rating and fire you from the company.

I served almost 13 years of experience and handled around 30members team .My role was project manager and my salary is not as per my experience and even they deducted 20% salary 4 years.No standard aprisal process.

...o vp all are fearfull entities, does not have gut to help you for an assignment. Irrespective of ur talent they will check how less is ur salary so that u can be abosorbed, where its not ur fault, no one will listen to u and u will be thrown. Dont join if u depends on ur salary for all ur needs and if u have an EMI or loan to repay. Mid of path they will drop u. HR department is a crap. Choose a better company.
