Only thing I like about Tech Mahindra is Timely salary disbursement & Monthly Trainings

1. No Job Security: Company will expect from you to give your 200% even they don't provide 2 Week offs where they say they work with 5 Working days. 2.HR Process: They will put any of the blames forcefully without any proofs & asks to put down papers before appraisal cycle. 3. HR Team utilizes its position power & can overrule any policies. They go for shopping outing lunch for more than 3-4 hrs prsnl works & they ask to put down papers to those peoples who have given 12-14 hrs to the company with only 4 WO in the company. No Managment Support. If you will raise any issue it will impact your career only. Worst Ever place to Work for. (Post is for Ahmedabad TechM Location)

Cab facility at minimum cost. Nothing else to be liked here

...hey do it, it will be 1-3% max. Bad management and mangers. No benefits & perks. Expectations of late work and weekend work without any extra pay

... to understand the requirements from customer and unnecessary recruiting people. If your traveling for office work expenses whatever you spend no guaranty company will pay such a full policy.

In terms of yearly hike they provide Medical facilities but basic salary remains Bench facility is awesome There you can find better project opportunities lower to your profile Guidance about the project from Junior

They commit for location change request but couldn't pay on time. So relocation charges , employees need to pay after commitment. Finance team ask for all documents convey you the path after approval from all depts they don't talk to employee for reimbursement. They commit alot but couldn't pay.

You will be fine as long as you're tagged to some project.

Dislikes

No salary hikes, no individual recognition, no clear project guidelines, poor management (the worst). If you encounter any problems during your work, no one will help you; you're on your own
