They should give a proper compensation and help to the employees. also, the increment is not good. Poor management at Ahmedabad location, There is nothing to learn new things as in other locations employees are learning and working on different projects nd tools

First of all I want to clarify that tech Mahindra Ahmedabad is not a proper tech Mahindra there was a company called lodestone which is acquired by tech Mahindra in. Jan-2022 so the whole work culture is of lodestone not tech m so here is the catch that there is only testing related opening which are manual tester and they won't give you any facilities that tech Mahindra provide on their other locations and the people are there not from tech Mahindra they are from lodestone and all of them are locals they are working with. Lodestone from years and they manage everything on their own no techM rules followed there and you will get pathetic experience and no leaves on special occasions like Diwali and holi so I am suggesting that do not join Ahmedabad location that's it

Working in MNC is such a great thing and dream everyone have! 5 days working, that thing I love! In Tech Mahindra, there are so many activities and programs. In my project, I got leaves easily there is no such complicated questions like why, when.

Dislikes

I can't manage work-life balance. And even after 2 years my salary is still same. Of course I'm working under pressure. In my project, there are lots of pressure we can't take time to dinner sometime so in this case, we should get increment but no!! Appraisal is just formality. Nothing changed.

Very less hike and even though engineering and arts background graduates work in same role in same team there is huge variation in salary engineering students are paid high Arts background are paid less but both are doing the same work and salary is too low And there is no hike
